Apply for AfriYouth Impact Program 2024

AfriYouth Impact Program is an intensive volunteering program for young people across Africa. It focuses on empowering young people across African countries between 18 to 35 years. The goal of the program is to provide participants with the necessary information, tools and opportunities needed to develop themselves and have a solid career foundation, irrespective of their background, location, or previous experience. The 2024 edition of this programme will primarily operate online, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity. We anticipate the participation of a minimum of 100 young people from at least five African countries, engaging them in a journey of personal and professional growth. The activities involved would equip participants and facilitate the fine tuning of their vision and set the proper course for a successful career. AIP will be structured around three comprehensive tracks:

The primary objectives of the 2024 AfriYouth Impact Program are centred around three core themes: visioneering, leadership, and career development. These objectives are designed to foster a holistic development approach, ensuring participants not only gain knowledge but also practical skills that will serve them in their future careers.

Visioneering: To help participants articulate their personal and professional vision, providing clarity and direction for their future endeavours.
Leadership: To cultivate leadership qualities, empowering participants to become influential change-makers within their communities and beyond.
Career Development: To enhance participants' career prospects by equipping them with essential skills and knowledge, facilitating their transition into successful careers.
